Delete your Danilli account

You can delete your Danilli account and your data at any time, from the website or the Danilli app for Android and iPhone.
Delete it yourself (immediately)
- Open danilli.ai or the Danilli app and sign in.
- Tap your name at the bottom left (on a phone, open the menu first) → Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Or ask us
Email info@danilli.ai from the email address you use for Danilli, with the subject "Delete my Danilli account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
Delete only some of your data (keep your account)
- A chat: in the left menu, open the ⋯ next to the chat → Delete. Its files and voice chat text are deleted with it.
- All chats, files, projects and memory: Danilli Shield (left menu) → Your data → Delete my chats, files and memory (your account and credits stay).
- Memory only: Memory (account menu) → turn it off or Erase.
- Danilli Social photos and videos: Social → Your photo archive → select → Delete selected; or delete a video under Your videos.
- Saved bid searches: Government bids → Saved searches → Remove.
Or email info@danilli.ai saying what you want deleted; we do it within 7 days.
What is deleted when you delete your account
- Your account and email address
- All chats (including voice chat text), projects, attached files and memory notes
- Danilli Social photos, videos, posts, schedules and connected-account links
- Saved bid searches and email alerts
- Any remaining credits (they can't be refunded after deletion)
What we keep
Payment records (amount, date and payment reference) that the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting, usually up to 7 years. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers. Posts already published on your social media stay there; delete them on each network if you want them gone.
Anonymous copies of chats already used to help Danilli learn (names, emails, phone numbers and addresses removed, and no link to you) are kept; see how Danilli learns. To stop new chats being used, turn off Help improve Danilli in Memory.
Before deleting, you can use Settings → Download my data to keep a copy.
