Privacy Policy

Danilli ("we", "us") is an AI chat service at danilli.ai, operated by Igorman Capital, based in Miami, Florida, USA. This policy explains what information we handle when you use Danilli and what choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Your messages. The text you type into Danilli and the answers it gives you.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, and keeps basic server logs for security and troubleshooting.
• Nothing else, for now. Danilli does not currently require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email or payment details. If we add accounts or payments later, we will update this policy first.

2. How Danilli works, and who sees your messages

Danilli is powered by third-party AI models. When you send a message, it is passed through our server to an AI routing service (OpenRouter) and on to the AI model provider that generates the answer. These companies process your messages under their own terms and privacy policies, and some may keep them for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring.

We use these service providers:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and our server code.
• OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to, which process your messages to produce answers.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on the page and receives your IP address when the page loads.

Do not share sensitive information in Danilli, such as passwords, bank or card numbers, government ID numbers, or medical details.

3. Where your chat history is stored

Your current conversation is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there if you reload the page. We do not store your conversations in a database of our own. Clicking New chat, or clearing your browser data, deletes it from your device.

4. How we use information

• To answer your messages.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your messages for advertising.

5. Legal basis (users in the EU, EEA and UK)

We process your data to provide the service you request (performance of a contract) and for our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and working. Our service providers are located in the United States and elsewhere, so your data may be transferred outside your country. We rely on our providers' standard safeguards for these transfers.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not keep your conversations, most of your data is under your own control in your browser. For any request, email us at info@danilli.ai.

7. Children

Danilli is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Important changes will be announced on the site.
