Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Igorman Capital ("we", "us"), which operates Danilli at danilli.ai. By using Danilli, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Danilli is

Danilli is an AI assistant that answers questions and helps with writing and ideas. It is powered by third-party AI models. The service is in beta, and features may change, be limited or stop at any time.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Danilli.

3. AI answers can be wrong

Danilli generates answers automatically, and they can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Danilli does not give legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Check important information yourself and consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on an answer. You are responsible for how you use what Danilli writes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Danilli to:

• break any law or help someone else break it;
• harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone;
• create malware, spam, or content that sexualizes minors;
• try to overload, hack, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits;
• violate the usage policies of the AI model providers that power Danilli.

We may block or limit access for anyone who breaks these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you type in. As far as the law and the AI providers' terms allow, you may use the answers Danilli gives you. Other people may receive similar answers, so answers are not exclusive to you. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how your messages are handled.

6. Our property

The Danilli name, logo, website design and code belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the service.

7. No warranty

Danilli is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of Danilli. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US$50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Danilli after a change, you accept the new terms.
